RADIOMOBILE 108 RADIO & ‘8’ TRACK PLAYER | FOR PARTS

Description Item description: Radiomobile 108 radio / 8 track as fitted to Interceptor MK.II, and MK.III.   The unit with large chrome and black finished facia, and complete with the black finished ‘8 track cartridge flap. The casing in metal. Wiring intact Condition report: Nobs missing. Flap in poor condition with spring not working on one side. The unit does light up when wired to a battery. A good unit for full reconditioning or parts. Special notes: The Radiomobile 108 series radio / 8 track superseded the 104 units with separate amp. The 108 is generally considered more reliable than the 104, and having an integral amp system, means it does not take up so much room behind the dashboard. The 108 was fitted to many Interceptor MK.III cars, along with some Jensen SP cars, where the Radiomobile 108 was fitted instead of the Learjet unit.
