AEROCOAT AEROCOAT is an Aeroflex insulation paint, a water-based paint made from acrylic emulsion mixed with special chemicals. It protects insulation surfaces from ultraviolet (UV) radiation and weather conditions. AEROCOAT can stretch up to 400% and adheres well to insulation surfaces. When Aeroflex insulation expands or contracts, the paint won’t crack. AEROCOAT also has anti-fungal properties, ensuring long-lasting protection for Aeroflex insulation. Applications Mix with 5-10% water. Use a paintbrush or roller to apply evenly on clean insulation surfaces free of oil, grease, and other contaminants.
